  • Pull the Knot

    Grip the bottom of the wrist strap and pull upward until the figure-eight knot is fully exposed.

  • Lock the Strap

    Insert the exposed figure-eight knot securely into the metal buckle until it locks firmly in place.

  • Insert Your Hand

    Slide your hand upward through the wrist strap from underneath so the strap rests comfortably around your wrist.

  • Grip the Handle

    Press the strap against your palm and wrap your fingers around the grip. Let the wrist strap support the load while hiking.
