When will RF Explorer ship?

Orders will be fulfilled starting from October 1, and shipping will be processed in sequence based on order time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Your payment will be processed at the time you place your pre-order to secure your reservation in the production queue.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund until July 31, 2026 (inclusive).After August 1, 2026, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted. If you need assistance, please contact our support team at sales@everblissgreen.com before the deadline.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

What warranty does RF Explorer include?

RF Explorer includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

What happens if the shipping timeline changes?

As an early-stage pre-order product, manufacturing and logistics schedules may occasionally shift. If any timeline changes occur, all customers will receive prompt updates via email with revised estimated delivery windows.
