Rethinking Connection in the Wild — Meet the RF Explorer at Sea Otter Classic 2026
A Celebration of Speed, Sunlight, and the Spirit of Exploration
From April 16–19, the 2026 Sea Otter Classic returned to Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, California—once again setting the tone for the global cycling season. Known as the “Spring Kickoff of Cycling,” the event brought together a vibrant mix of athletes, explorers, and industry pioneers.
This year introduced new 5 km and 17 km trail running categories, drawing over 700 participants and expanding the event beyond cycling. Meanwhile, the evolution of eMTB racing took center stage, with demanding terrain that highlighted the growing role of electric-assisted riding in shaping the future of outdoor mobility.
More than a race, Sea Otter is an experience—where competition, innovation, and community converge under the California sun.

Rethinking Connection in the Wild — Meet the RF Explorer
At Sea Otter 2026, we unveiled a new chapter in off-grid technology: RF Explorer — Group Communication & GPS Tracker, now officially open for pre-order.

Built for environments where signals disappear and uncertainty begins, RF Explorer redefines what it means to stay connected outdoors. Through seamless integration with the Everbliss Green mobile app, teams can maintain real-time awareness of each other—without relying on cellular networks.
But its true innovation lies beyond communication. It transforms every team into a responsive, interconnected system—where location, status, and emergency signals move instantly between members. In critical situations, this can mean the difference between hours and minutes.

In a world where outdoor adventures are pushing further into remote terrain, RF Explorer offers something deeper than technology: a sense of collective awareness and shared safety.
Key highlights include:
- Real-time team location tracking and sharing
- Route history recording for movement insights
- Instant messaging and position updates within the group
- Automatic and manual SOS emergency alerts
- Fully off-grid communication with no subscription required
Following extensive real-world validation, including rescue applications, RF Explorer has quickly captured the attention of outdoor professionals and global partners—marking a meaningful step toward smarter, safer exploration.

Powering the Journey — Anywhere the Sun Reaches
Energy independence is a quiet but essential part of every outdoor experience. This year, we introduced our upgraded portable solar panel series, developed alongside Mountain Rescue Exchange (MoRE).
With both 3-fold and 5-fold configurations now reaching up to 18W output, the new lineup delivers more reliable and efficient charging for everyday outdoor needs—from smartphones to power banks.
Under the clear California skies, the panels performed exactly as intended—capturing sunlight and turning it into dependable energy throughout the event. It was a simple but powerful reminder: when design meets environment, sustainability becomes effortless.

S Lab: From Fiber to Function — Welcoming Zealwood
This year also marked a meaningful addition to the Everbliss Green ecosystem: our partnership with Zealwood.
What began in 2002 as a mission to create better wool socks for mountaineers has evolved into a broader exploration of natural performance materials. Rooted in a deep respect for nature, Zealwood transforms wool into products designed for movement, endurance, and protection.
At Sea Otter, we presented a curated selection of their socks—from lightweight designs tailored for running to high-performance options for hiking and cold-weather sports like skiing. Naturally breathable, moisture-wicking, and temperature-regulating, wool proves to be an ideal companion for outdoor activities where comfort and resilience matter most.
In every step, these products reflect a philosophy we share: that the best performance often comes from working in harmony with nature.

Where Paths Cross, and New Journeys Begin
Sea Otter Classic has always been more than a destination—it’s a meeting point. A place where riders, brands, and ideas intersect, often unexpectedly.
Over these four days, connections were formed not just through products, but through shared experiences—on the trail, at the booth, and in conversation. Each interaction added another thread to a growing network that spans disciplines, regions, and perspectives.
And somewhere between the dust of the trails and the warmth of the California sun, new possibilities quietly took shape—waiting to be explored in the journeys ahead.

More Than an Expo — A Living Ecosystem of the Cycling World
With over 1,000 brands and more than 70,000 attendees, Sea Otter Classic continues to stand as North America’s most influential cycling gathering. In a market without a dominant trade show like Eurobike, it has organically become the place where ideas are tested, products are introduced, and relationships are built.

While broader market conditions hinted at more cautious spending, the energy on the ground told a different story. Riders, creators, and professionals showed up in even greater numbers—driven not just by products, but by passion.
Here, every conversation, every test ride, and every shared moment contributes to something larger—a culture that keeps pushing the boundaries of what cycling and outdoor exploration can be.
