About this role
In this role, you'll have significant ownership of your work, make impactful decisions daily, and report directly to the Director. This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based in Spain.
After-sales Technical Support Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
Job Description：
• Responsible for product installation, commissioning, testing, and
maintenance services.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues and provide professional
technical support.
• Prepare user manuals, maintenance records, and customer reports.
• Participate in new product testing and suggest improvements to R&D team.
• On-site visits to customers for service and training as needed.
• Collaborate with headquarters to maintain and repair equipment
1. Provide after-sales service and promptly resolve customer issues.
2. Test and verify the operational status of products and equipment to ensure
proper functionality.
3. Perform troubleshooting and technical analysis and respond promptly to
customer inquiries.
4. Analyze product errors and monitor repair outcomes.
5. Document and manage repair records for future reference.
6. Regularly visit customer sites to perform equipment maintenance and
prevent future issues.
Qualifications：
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic circuits, control systems, or mechanical assembly.
• Experience in equipment maintenance or after-sales service is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to travel and work on-site as required.
Preferred Skills：
• Familiarity with PLC control or circuit diagram reading is a strong plus.
• Ability to read and understand English technical documents.
• Bilingual communication skills (Spanish/CN & English, written and spoken).
Location：
Remote working, Based in Spain and occational overseas business trips as Manchester, UK ( occasional short-term trips depending on project)
Employment Type：
Full-time / Contractual
Salary Range： 20,000 - 30,000 EUR / year
Negotiable based on experience and skills
